Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
1 stick unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ cup white wine
Salt and pepper
Fresh chopped parsley
Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium high heat. When hot, add the garlic. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the wine and stir, cooking 1 to 2 minutes more. Season to taste with salt and pepper and lemon, garnish with parsley. Serve warm with your favorite pasta.
