Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 flat bread wraps
8 slices prosciutto
4 slices fresh mozzarella
1 bunch arugula
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Place the prosciutto on one half of each flat bread and top with one slice of cheese. Arrange a handful of the arugula on top of the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Fold the flat bread in half and serve.
