Ingredients:
4 cups marinara sauce
¼ cup red pepper flakes
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
2 Pounds Fresh, Cleaned Mussels
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine the marinara sauce, pepper flakes and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the mussels in a large baking dish, and pour the marinara sauce over the top. Cover the dish tightly with foil, and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the mussels open. Discard any that do not open. Serve in large bowls, with the pasta of your choice.
