Serves 4
Ingredients:
3 cups grape tomatoes, halved
3 cups bocconcini (miniature fresh mozzarella balls)
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper
In a large serving bowl, toss the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil together. Drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and toss again. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
