Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup hot water
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1/4 cup coffee liqueur
2 (3 ounce) packages ladyfingers
1/2 cup grated dark chocolate
Beat the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy. In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
In a small bowl, stir together the hot water and coffee granules until dissolved. Stir in the liqueur. Arrange the ladyfingers evenly around sides of 8 coffee cups or ramekins. Sprinkle the ladyfingers with the coffee mixture. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the center of the ramekins. Garnish with grated chocolate. Cover and chill 2 hours.
