1 pound fresh ricotta cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper

Potato Gnocchi

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

2 pounds of potatoes
1 Large Egg Yolk
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups self rising flour
