10 ounces dried cannellini beans
Pinch of baking soda
1 ham hock
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped

Tuscan White Bean Puree

This is an excellent spread for a crudité platter, flatbread, or on sandwiches.
